AI Summit: The Next Frontier in Operations

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has risen from a topic relegated to tech employees to a focus of company leaders. Recent McKinsey analysis indicates that around 80 percent of activities across operations could benefit from automation through generative AI (gen AI), or AI more broadly. Despite the enormous potential, most organizations have not yet been able to implement the technology at scale.

In light of this, we will convene senior executives across various sectors on 15th July 2024 at McKinsey’s Innovation & Learning Center Singapore and host a half-day in-person AI Summit: The Next Frontier in Operations.
