AI Summit:
The Next Frontier in Operations

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has risen from a topic relegated to tech employees to a focus of company leaders. Recent McKinsey analysis indicates that around 80 percent of activities across operations could benefit from automation through generative AI (gen AI), or AI more broadly. Despite the enormous potential, most organizations have not yet been able to implement the technology at scale.

McKinsey & Company is organizing an in-person AI Summit titled “The Next Frontier in Operations.” This event will gather senior executives from various sectors and will take place on 27th September 2024, at the Innovation & Learning Center Singapore. The Summit is being held in collaboration with the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

At the Summit, participants will witness firsthand how AI/gen AI is revolutionizing operations. This includes an experiential demo of AI use cases across the entire operations value chain. Participants can hear from experts about the opportunities to capture the full value at stake from digital and AI transformations and, connect with industry peers on their AI journey.
