This year’s summit will highlight recent McKinsey research on the “Future of Services”, and how services organizations across sectors can thrive by addressing digitization, talent challenges, sustainability, and other disruptive trends.
We will have a mix of guest speakers, McKinsey led sessions, as well as ample time to meet other services leaders. This is a unique opportunity to have the B2B Services Community in one room! We will be hosting an optional kickoff dinner on the 17th of November, followed by a full day session on the 18th from 10:00 to 16:00 CET with a mix of presentations, round-table discussions, and expert led panels.
