Change Leaders Forum at the Innovation & Learning Center Atlanta

McKinsey Change Leaders Forum is a two-day workshop designed to help business leaders identify the root causes of organizational inertia and provide them with proven tools to drive and sustain change in their organization. Participants will join a small group of their peers at our capability center in Atlanta for an unparalleled, immersive learning experience. The Innovation & Learning Center Atlanta provides opportunities for experimentation in realistic operating environments, led by a team of experts. While there, participants will explore the results of more than ten years of proprietary research on what it takes to make transformations happen at scale, and in small groups, apply those learnings to their transformation journeys – whether they are preparing to embark on one or looking to gain fresh perspective on a change program that is already underway.
